Zayo to Buy Teleco FiberNet for $87.8M

May 29, 2009 — Telecommunications provider FiberNet Telecom Group announced on Thursday that it has entered into an agreement to be acquired by bandwidth and telecom services provider Zayo Group for $87.8 million in cash.
