Jul 29, 2010 — In response to both local and international demand, fiber-based communications services provider Level 3 Communications has significantly expanded its metro fiber network in Dublin to link five carrier-neutral data centers, providing new services and greater access to the Level 3 Tier 1 IP backbone.
